Each letter of the alphabet is represented by a number. Use the letters given to start you off by filling them in throught the puzzle. This should give you enough letters to start guessing some words which in turn give you more letters to fill in. Cross the letters off in the lower grid as you get them. Look out for double letters in words, such as 'oo' and also for 'e's which will appear frequesntly at the end of words.
